Delivery and Returns
At HARPER SALE M LIMITED, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that your fishing gear reaches you quickly and hassle-free. This page outlines our delivery options, timescales, and the process for returns and exchanges.
Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
- Cost: £4.99 or FREE for orders over £50
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Carrier: We use reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your goods.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
- Cost: £9.99
- Delivery Time: Next business day (order by 1 PM for same-day dispatch)
- Availability: Applies to mainland UK only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International Delivery
- We currently only deliver within the UK. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our delivery services.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- If you place your order after 1 PM, it will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@tetrahub.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@tetrahub.co.uk, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at hello@tetrahub.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the damage.
Late or Missing Refunds

- 2.   Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
