Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from Tetrahub. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Clearance items (unless faulty or damaged)
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Return Process
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tetrahub.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned after the 14-day return window.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@tetrahub.co.uk, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Reporting a Faulty Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tetrahub.co.uk. Include a description of the issue and photos of the damage, if applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- 1.   Check your bank account again.
- 2.   Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- 3.   Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
